Promising new bands: Suicidel Angels – Prepare yourself to be thrashed!

Another band who won the Rock The Nation Award 2009 is the Greek old school thrash band Suicidel Angels. The band formed in 2001 and released their first full length album Eternal Domination in 2007.

By winning the Rock Nation Award 2009, they also secured a worldwide record deal with the world's biggest metal label, Nuclear Blast.

On March this year the band already entered the Prophecy & Music Factory studios in Germany with producer R.D. Liapakis and recorded their second full length album Sanctify The Darkness.

Sanctify The Darkness will now released via Nuclear Blast on 20 November 2009.

So what can we expect from the Greek thrashers.

Well I can say after hearing the album that they will rip your trousers off, blow up your brains with killer songs and super riffs combined with an excellent voice. Suicidel Angels are one of the new generation of thrash bands with the respect for the glory days of thrash metal, no doubt about it. This is definitely a band a real old school thrash metal fan don’t want to miss.
